Our food is locally sourced and freshly prepared with the finest ingredients. I even have an allotment, which I inherited from my mother and continue her legacy by growing some of the produce, which I use for catering assignments and classes. As a child I loved to go to the allotment with my mother and pick strawberries, but I would avoid putting my hand in the soil, as I did not like worms or slugs and still do not to this day. My mother would laugh now as I have no choice but to get my hands dirty. Creating special memories such as these is what I strive to achieve when delivering a service to my clients.
My passion for cooking started as a child in the family kitchen with my mother, which progressed into preparing food for family and friends. This has developed into a business, which I am dedicated to on a full-time basis. We have a team of passionate workers, who pride themselves on delivering a world class service within a variety of different events. We offer a range of diverse tailored packages from Continental to Caribbean or a fusion of many to meet the needs of our customers & their guests. Our menus are bespoke to your individual palate including vegetarian options, ensuring we meet your requirements. We provide catering ranging from but not limited to a corporate business lunch to a 5-course banqueting meal, including weddings, christenings, anniversaries or any special occasion.
